- Eat foods rich in vitamins C and E, zinc and silica (which helps to form collagen), because they contribute to the overall health of your skin. Read about healthy diets during pregnancy;
- Drink lots ... really lots! ... of water;
- Avoid sun exposure ... always cover up in the sun and use a good high factor sun screen;
